This and the similarly named village are in an area full of pines. It has small pebbles and deep clear water. The setting is impressive because of the large rocks and sheer cliffs that hem the beach in.
It is particularly suited to family groups, and those looking for a place to relax and unwind in. Though not developed itself, close by you will find some hotels and tavernas.
A few kilometers further east and you arrive at the beach of Aghia Fotia.
