Inspired and led by Chef Vasilis Makrakis, the second generation of the co-founders of Milia Mountain Retreat, introducing culture through a dish reflects the vibrancy of the approach.
Whether that be a ratatouille with seasonal vegetables, handmade ravioli with beef tail, or a vegetarian pie filled with local greens and feta, richness is found in the ingredients and the passion alike, which are combined in the immersive environment of Milia Restaurant.
