Inspired and led by Chef Vasilis Makrakis, the second generation of the co-founders of Milia Mountain Retreat, introducing culture through a dish reflects the vibrancy of the approach.
Whether that be a ratatouille with seasonal vegetables, handmade ravioli with beef tail, or a vegetarian pie filled with local greens and feta, richness is found in the ingredients and the passion alike, which are combined in the immersive environment of Milia Restaurant.
The restaurant premises are open to host guests of Milia Mountain Retreat, as well as visitors of Western Crete that wish to enrich their trip with an unmemorable experience.
