The technology platform, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Technology and Research, follows international standards and best practices for interaction, collaborative communication and content sharing.

Through the platform, members will have access to news, research, studies, information on funding, support services, training services, consulting services, information on cultural events, while strengthening the interconnection and interaction between them. Through thematic digitized content, participating members are facilitated as they gain access to valuable material and ongoing scientific support, enjoying management, networking, extroversion and competitiveness development services as well as participatory marketing.

The platform supports different types of users – depending on their role: moderators, data and service providers, intermediaries as well as ordinary members. In the current version, the platform supports bilateral discussions, public forums, online surveys / polls, news and information dissemination, collaboration invitations, Q&A, calendar of events, webinars and trainings and other interactive experiences, through a range of specific and functional.

The project entitled "Partnership of Innovative Rural Tourism Actions" and distinctive title: "e-paithros", is implemented within the framework of the Action "Cooperative Innovation Formations " – 1st Call " and is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by National Resources in the context of the Operational Program "Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPANEK)" of the NSRF 2014-2020" (Project code: ΓΓ1CL-0056042).
