Generations in Crete have nurtured the tradition of Maggiri pasta, a legacy unaffected by time.
The Traditional Pasta Workshop "MAGGIΡΙ," faithful to its heritage, was established to offer pure and high-quality pasta without preservatives or artificial additives. Crafted with fresh eggs and goat milk from local producers, our aim is to provide products with high nutritional value. For this reason, our pasta is dehydrated for many hours at low temperatures to preserve its nutritional integrity.
